10x Visium HD

In contrast to traditional spatial genomics technologies, Visium HD enables spatial analysis of the whole transcriptome with single-cell resolution and continuous coverage of the entire tissue through a next-generation slide architecture. The Visium HD Spatial Gene Expression Slide consists of two 6.5 x 6.5 mm capture zones containing gapless, full-coverage oligonucleotide capture zones composed of 2 x 2 µm barcoded squares (“barcoded squares”). barcoded squares of 2 x 2 µm to achieve spatial resolution at the single-cell level. Data can be output in 2 µm as well as multiple splice sizes, and 8 x 8 µm splice is recommended as a starting point for visualization and analysis.
