Laser microdissection technology (LCM) is used to select characteristic tissue structure regions (ROI) in situ in tissue space to obtain ultra-trace samples. Unique sample pre-treatment technology combined with high-resolution mass spectrometry is then used to achieve high-depth detection of proteins in situ in the tissue. This technology is an effective means to conduct tissue heterogeneity research.
