A capture chip of DynaSpatial corresponds to a capture region, each capture region is 5x5mm in size, and 2500 50 um diameter capture sites are densely distributed with 50 um spacing between adjacent capture sites. The physical coordinates are determined by the barcode sequences on each site modification, and the mRNAs permeabilized in tissue sections are captured by poly(dT), thus library sequencing and spatial gene expression data generation. The poly(dT) was used to capture mRNA from permeabilized tissue slices for library sequencing and spatial gene expression data generation.
