ONT full-length transcriptome sequencing refers to full-length transcriptome sequencing based on Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) triple sequencing platform. Full-length transcriptome sequencing, also known as Isoform Sequencing (Iso-Seq), directly acquires 5ˊ to 3ˊ high-quality full-length sequences of transcripts without interruption based on the triple sequencing platform, and accurately identifies variable splicing, gene fusion, selective multimerization, adenylation of APAs, and other transcripts. It can accurately identify transcript structural variations such as variable splicing, gene fusion, selective polycation, adenylation of APA, allele-specific expression, etc. Full-length transcriptome sequencing based on the nanopore triple sequencing platform can not only accurately identify the above transcript structural variants, but also accurately quantify the expression level of transcripts (mRNA or polyA+ lncRNA).
